Job Description
Role Summary: The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with Delhivery's key clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding client requirements, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for service improvement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client business objectives and logistics challenges to proactively offer tailored solutions.
• Monitor client service levels and performance metrics, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues.
• Collaborate with internal operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Delhivery's service offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of client service strategies and best practices.
