Client Support Specialist - Non-Voice

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this non-voice role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries via email, chat, and our ticketing system. You will be responsible for understanding client issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to our IT services and products.
• Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client problems.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in using email, chat platforms, and ticketing systems.
