Job Description
Role Summary: The Clinical Assistant will support the Nutrition and Health department in conducting clinical studies and research related to Nestlé's food and beverage products. This role involves assisting in data collection, participant management, and ensuring adherence to study protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and screening of study participants according to defined criteria.
- Schedule appointments and manage participant flow for clinical visits.
- Collect, record, and organize participant data accurately using study-specific tools and databases.
- Administer questionnaires and conduct basic anthropometric measurements (e.g., height, weight) under supervision.
- Maintain study supplies and ensure proper storage of samples and materials.
- Adhere strictly to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and study protocols.
- Assist in preparing study reports and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with participants, research staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for study participants.
