Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Assistant with 1-2 years of experience and an MCA degree to support our clinical operations and data management initiatives within the power industry in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and technical skills, with a passion for contributing to health and safety programs in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of clinical data related to employee health and wellness programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other databases.
- Support the clinical team in scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and preparing for medical examinations.
- Generate reports and presentations on clinical data trends and program effectiveness for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Utilize MCA knowledge to develop and maintain data management tools and optimize data processing workflows.
- Provide administrative support to the occupational health department as needed.
