Clinical Informatics - 3-5 Yrs

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Clinical Informatics professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. This role involves leveraging clinical knowledge and data analysis skills to improve healthcare processes within a Business Process Management (BPM) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical workflows and a passion for data-driven decision-making, with a qualification level of Graduation Not Required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze clinical data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in healthcare processes.
- Develop and implement clinical informatics solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical staff, IT, and management, to define requirements and implement changes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
- Create reports and dashboards to visualize clinical data and present findings to stakeholders.
- Participate in the design and testing of new clinical systems and workflows.
- Provide training and support to end-users on clinical informatics tools and processes.
