Clinical Informatics - B.Des Professionals (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and analytical B.Des professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our Clinical Informatics team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between clinical workflows and technological solutions within our NBFC operations. You will leverage your design thinking and user experience expertise to enhance data visualization, streamline information systems, and improve the overall efficiency of our clinical and operational processes. This is a unique opportunity to apply design principles in a non-traditional healthcare informatics setting, focusing on improving data-driven decision-making and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for clinical informatics platforms, ensuring ease of use and efficient data input/output.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to represent complex clinical and operational data in an understandable format.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in existing systems and new designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, data analysts, and operational staff, to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Contribute to the development of style guides and design standards for clinical informatics tools.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in user experience design, data visualization, and clinical informatics to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of new informatics solutions, providing design support and user training.
