Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Informatics Specialist to join our team. This role will be crucial in bridging the gap between clinical data, technology, and operational efficiency within our animation and VFX production pipelines. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing clinical data related to employee well-being, safety, and performance, and translating these insights into actionable strategies to improve our work environment and support our creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret clinical data related to employee health, safety incidents, and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement informatics solutions to track, manage, and report on employee well-being programs.
• Collaborate with HR, Health & Safety, and production teams to identify areas for improvement in employee support and operational efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Create dashboards and reports to visualize key trends and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to users on informatics systems and data collection processes.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in clinical informatics and data analytics.
