Job Description
Role Summary: The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing health and wellness programs within the corporate environment of KPMG India. This role focuses on promoting employee well-being, managing occupational health issues, and providing expert nursing advice to support a healthy workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the health needs of employees and develop targeted health promotion and disease prevention programs.
- Provide direct nursing care, first aid, and emergency response for workplace incidents.
- Develop and deliver health education sessions on topics such as stress management, nutrition, ergonomics, and chronic disease prevention.
- Collaborate with HR and management to create a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Manage employee health records and maintain confidentiality.
- Advise on policies and procedures related to employee health, safety, and well-being.
- Liaise with external healthcare providers and specialists as needed.
