Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Scientist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in understanding and mitigating potential health impacts associated with our large-scale infrastructure, transport, and real estate projects. The scientist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing studies related to environmental health, occupational safety, and community well-being in the context of our development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute research protocols for clinical and epidemiological studies related to project-specific health concerns.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex health data, including environmental monitoring, occupational exposure, and community health surveys.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineers, project managers, safety officers) and external experts (public health officials, medical professionals) to ensure comprehensive health assessments.
- Prepare detailed reports, scientific publications, and presentations on research findings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.
- Identify potential health risks and recommend evidence-based mitigation strategies for project planning and execution.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in clinical research, environmental health, and public health relevant to the infrastructure sector.
- Manage research budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
