Clinical Research Scientist - Metals & Mining (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Scientist with 0-2 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our team in Delhi. This role will focus on understanding and improving the health and safety outcomes for employees within the metals and mining sector, leveraging design thinking and research methodologies. You will contribute to research projects aimed at identifying and mitigating occupational health risks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the design and execution of research studies related to occupational health and safety in the mining and metals industry.
* Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from various sources, including employee surveys, interviews, and environmental monitoring.
* Apply design thinking principles to develop innovative solutions and interventions for health and safety challenges.
* Prepare research reports, presentations, and documentation in a clear and concise manner.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including occupational health specialists, engineers, and HR, to implement research findings.
* Stay updated on the latest research methodologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in occupational health and safety.
* Support in literature reviews and synthesis of existing research on health impacts in the mining sector.
* Contribute to the development of user-centered design for safety equipment and protocols.
