Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Scientist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for individuals who have completed their 12th grade and are eager to start a career in clinical research within a dynamic BPM environment. You will support various aspects of clinical trial operations, ensuring data integrity and adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection, management, and verification of clinical trial data.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into study databases.
- Support the preparation of study-related documents and reports.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and study personnel.
- Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and company SOPs.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and study information.
- Assist in basic data analysis and query resolution under supervision.
