We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cloud System Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to join our IT team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our cloud infrastructure to support the critical operations of IRCTC within the Indian Railways sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies and a business acumen developed through a BBA/BBM degree, enabling them to align technical solutions with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent downtime.
- Implement and manage cloud security best practices, including access control, data encryption, and compliance.
- Automate routine system administration tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to deploy and manage applications in the cloud.
- Manage cloud resources, optimize costs, and ensure efficient utilization of services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends.
