Cluster / Hub Manager (1-2 Yrs) | Real Estate Services

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Cluster / Hub Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong analytical background (M.Sc degree preferred) looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic real estate services environment. The Cluster / Hub Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing operations within a designated geographical cluster or hub, ensuring efficient service delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple branches or service points within the assigned cluster.
- Implement and monitor operational processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve service delivery and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and customer acquisition within the cluster.
- Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, inventory, and budget management, for the assigned hub.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Report on cluster performance, key metrics, and challenges to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and business development within the region.
