Cluster / Hub Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster / Hub Manager to oversee and optimize operations across multiple facilities within our Indian pulp and paper division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, ensuring quality standards, managing resources, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the assigned cluster. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the pulp and paper manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve cluster-specific business objectives.
2. Manage day-to-day operations of all facilities within the assigned cluster, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
3. Oversee production planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics for the cluster.
4. Ensure adherence to all quality control standards, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
5. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operational staff across the cluster.
6. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
7. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation within the cluster.
8. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, procurement, R&D) to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and technology adoption.
