Cluster / Hub Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Cluster / Hub Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of multiple legal service delivery hubs or clusters within our firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient resource allocation, seamless workflow management, and high-quality service delivery across assigned locations. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of legal industry dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate operations across a cluster of legal service hubs, ensuring adherence to firm policies and standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, technology, and infrastructure, to meet operational demands.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment within the assigned clusters.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including legal teams, support staff, and senior management, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets and control operational costs within the assigned clusters.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practice sharing across the hubs.
