Cluster / Hub Manager

Role Summary:
As a Cluster / Hub Manager at Policybazaar, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operations of a specific geographical cluster or hub. This role involves managing a team, ensuring operational efficiency, driving sales targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction within your assigned area. You will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and strengthening our presence in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales and operations staff within the assigned cluster.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives for the cluster.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including process adherence, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and sales performance.

Foster a positive and high-performing work environment, providing coaching and development to team members.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Identify opportunities for market expansion and new business development within the cluster.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
