Cluster / Hub Manager - Bhubaneshwar (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cluster / Hub Manager with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to oversee and optimize operations across multiple project sites or hubs in the Bhubaneshwar region for our Engineering & Construction division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient resource allocation, project coordination, stakeholder management, and driving operational excellence to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations of multiple project sites or operational hubs within the assigned cluster.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee resource planning, allocation, and utilization across different projects and sites.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Utilize strong problem-solving and analytical skills, honed through an MCA background, to address complex operational challenges.
- Implement and manage technology solutions for operational tracking and reporting.
