Cluster / Hub Manager (Vishakhapatnam)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of delivery hubs within the assigned cluster, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Lead and mentor a team of delivery executives and operational staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, order accuracy, and partner earnings, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, local regulations, and legal requirements pertinent to operations and employment.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including restaurant partners and regulatory bodies.

Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Handle escalations and resolve complex operational issues promptly and effectively.
