Co-Pilot

Role Summary: The Co-Pilot will support the senior management and operational teams in managing and executing import and export activities for Adani Wilmar Limited. This role involves assisting in logistics, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth international trade operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of import and export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and other third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct market research on international trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements.
- Support in the negotiation of freight rates and other logistics-related costs.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to shipments.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, sales, and finance to ensure seamless trade operations.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and international trade compliance.
