Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Co-Pilot / First Officer / Second Officer with 2-3 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role is crucial for supporting our advanced telecommunications and ISP operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and contributing to our growth. You will work closely with senior officers, assisting in critical operational tasks and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior officers in managing and monitoring network infrastructure and services.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of telecommunication systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network performance and connectivity.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Contribute to project documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Participate in the planning and execution of network upgrades and deployments.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices in the telecom sector.
