Collection Executive / Officer - Analytics / KPO / Research Sector (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Collection Executive/Officer with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our collection processes within the analytics and KPO sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles and a M.Tech degree, bringing a unique technical perspective to debt recovery and client account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Analyze account aging reports and identify overdue accounts for follow-up.

Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other channels to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment arrangements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Finance) to address any issues impacting collections.

Prepare regular reports on collection status, aging, and recovery rates for management review.

Utilize analytical skills, informed by your M.Tech background, to identify trends and recommend process improvements for enhanced collection efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection.
