Collection Executive / Officer - B.A Professionals

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Collection Executive / Officer with 2-3 years of experience, holding a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, to join our finance team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact customers to collect overdue payments via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements with customers in accordance with company policies.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collection activities, including customer interactions, payment arrangements, and outstanding balances.

Follow up on promised payments and ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms.

Identify and escalate problematic accounts to the finance manager for further action.

Assist in preparing regular reports on collection performance and aging of accounts receivable.

Ensure compliance with all relevant debt collection laws and regulations.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment processes.
