Collection Head (0-1 Yrs) | Mangalore

Role Summary: We are seeking an entry-level Collection Head to join our team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for a recent B.Com graduate looking to kickstart their career in the fast-paced FinTech industry. You will be responsible for managing and executing collection strategies to minimize delinquency and maximize recovery rates, working closely with our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing collection strategies for outstanding debts.

Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to discuss outstanding balances and arrange payment plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities and customer interactions.

Monitor and track collection performance metrics and report on key findings.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., customer service, legal) to resolve complex collection issues.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Provide support to senior collection staff and management as needed.
