Collection Head

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Collection Head to lead and optimize our debt collection operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective collection strategies, managing a team of collection specialists, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role is crucial in managing the company's financial health and minimizing delinquency rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive debt collection strategies to maximize recovery rates and minimize outstanding debt.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the collections team, setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor collection performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to debt collection in India.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, Product) to streamline collection processes and resolve customer issues.
• Implement and manage collection tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party collection agencies, if applicable.
• Prepare regular reports on collection performance for senior management.
