Collection Head

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Collection Head to lead our fundraising and resource mobilization efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase our collection of funds and resources, managing donor relationships, and overseeing the collection team. This role is crucial in enabling us to expand our reach and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive collection strategies.
• Manage and nurture relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
• Oversee the collection team, providing guidance and support.
• Analyze collection data and generate reports on performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical fundraising practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the NGO / Social Services / Industry Associations sector in India.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
