This role is crucial for managing and improving our collection processes, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquency and bad debt.

Monitor account receivables and identify overdue accounts.

Contact customers to discuss outstanding payments and negotiate payment arrangements.

Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and customer disputes.

Prepare regular reports on collection performance and aging analysis for management.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
