We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Head to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in financial operations within the fast-paced emerging technologies sector. The Collection Head will be responsible for managing and improving the collections process to minimize outstanding debts and optimize cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing effective debt collection strategies.
Contact customers to discuss outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and identify delinquent accounts.
Prepare regular reports on collection performance for management review.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment disputes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
