Role Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records related to project billing and collections.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring outstanding accounts receivable and identifying overdue payments.
Support the preparation of accurate and timely invoices and billing statements for clients.
Communicate with clients and internal project teams to resolve billing discrepancies and collection issues.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all collection activities and payments received.
Assist in generating reports on accounts receivable aging and collection performance.
Collaborate with the finance and project management teams to ensure smooth cash flow.
Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures for credit and collections.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop expertise in collection strategies.
