Collection Head (M.Pharma Required) - Bhubaneshwar

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Collection Head with an M.Pharma background to lead our collections team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective collection strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and a proven track record in debt recovery and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive collection strategies to minimize outstanding debt and optimize cash flow.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of collection specialists, setting performance goals and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Oversee the daily operations of the collections department, ensuring adherence to established procedures and policies.
- Monitor collection performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Legal, Finance) to resolve complex collection issues.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local and international debt collection laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Manage relationships with third-party collection agencies when necessary.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, aging analysis, and recovery rates for senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the collections function.
- Maintain a high level of customer service while pursuing debt recovery.
