Collection / Recovery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Collection / Recovery Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, developing and implementing effective collection strategies, and minimizing bad debt. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a thorough understanding of financial regulations, and the ability to work with diverse client portfolios. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our cash flow and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute collection strategies to reduce outstanding receivables.
• Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts across various client segments.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
• Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics.
• Liaise with legal and external agencies for recovery actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on collection activities and results for senior management.
