Job Description

Role Summary:
Invest India is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Collections Analyst to join our finance team. The Collections Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the collection of outstanding payments, ensuring timely recovery of dues, and maintaining accurate financial records related to collections. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue invoices.
  • Initiate collection activities through phone calls, emails, and letters to debtors.
  • Negotiate payment plans and settlements with overdue clients while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and communications.
  • Prepare regular reports on collection status, aging, and recovery rates for management.
  • Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of effective collection strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
