Collections Executive - Textile & Apparel Sector (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Collections Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our finance team at Raymond Limited in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and reducing accounts receivable delinquency through effective communication and collection strategies within the textile and apparel sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients to inquire about outstanding invoices and collect payments.
- Negotiating payment plans and terms with customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on accounts receivable aging and collection performance.
- Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to address payment issues.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Utilizing accounting software and other tools to track and manage collections.
