Collections - IT Services & Consulting (2-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Collections Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and reducing outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments from clients, and maintaining positive client relationships. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of financial processes within the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue invoices.
- Contact clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients when necessary, adhering to company policies.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and client queries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and client communications.
- Collaborate with the sales and accounts teams to address payment issues and prevent future delinquencies.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, aging analysis, and cash flow projections.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of collection processes and strategies.
