Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Colon / Rectal Surgeon to join our innovative team. While our core business is in the BPO/Call Centre industry, we are expanding our healthcare advisory services and require specialized medical expertise to guide our operations and client solutions in this domain. This role will involve leveraging your surgical knowledge to inform our service offerings, ensure compliance, and contribute to the development of healthcare-related BPO solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert medical consultation on colorectal surgery to internal teams and clients.
* Advise on the development and implementation of healthcare BPO services related to patient care pathways and medical documentation.
* Ensure adherence to medical best practices and regulatory requirements within our service offerings.
