Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Commis (Commi 1, 2, or 3) to join our manufacturing team. The Commis will be responsible for assisting in various production processes within our semiconductor fabrication facility, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and technologically advanced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of semiconductor manufacturing equipment under supervision.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tasks.
- Handle materials and components with care, ensuring proper storage and traceability.
- Conduct visual inspections of work-in-progress and finished products to identify defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, process deviations, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Support senior technicians and engineers in various production-related activities.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
