Commis (Commi 1 / 2 / 3) - Defence & Aerospace (1-2 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commis (Commi 1, 2, or 3) to join our Defence & Aerospace division in Coimbatore. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent M.Com graduate with 1-2 years of experience looking to gain practical experience in financial operations within a dynamic industrial environment. The Commis will support various accounting and administrative functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports under supervision.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Assist in inventory accounting and cost accounting activities.
- Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, data entry, and filing of financial documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
