Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commodity Dealer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Indore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing trades for various commodities essential to our biotechnology operations. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of market dynamics and a knack for negotiation, regardless of formal graduation. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor commodity markets, including price trends, supply, and demand dynamics relevant to the biotechnology sector.
- Execute purchase and sale orders for raw materials, intermediates, and other essential commodities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of all commodity transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, production) to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the commodity market and recommend strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements related to commodity trading.
- Assist in the preparation of market analysis reports and inventory management.
