Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commodity Dealer to join our dynamic team at Agri-Bazaar. The Commodity Dealer will be responsible for managing and executing trades of agricultural commodities, ensuring profitable transactions, and building strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and buyers. This role is crucial in optimizing our trading operations and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess market trends and price fluctuations for various agricultural commodities.
- Execute buy and sell orders efficiently to meet market demand and company objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, and institutional buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale/purchase to ensure favorable outcomes.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage logistics for timely delivery of commodities.
- Analyze market data and provide insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical trading practices.
