Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Commodity Dealer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic trading desk in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will support the trading of crude oil and refined products, contributing to market analysis and execution of trading strategies within the Indian oil and gas market. This role requires a strong understanding of commodity markets, risk management, and excellent analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze global and domestic commodity market trends, news, and price movements relevant to crude oil and petroleum products.
Assist in the execution of commodity trading strategies, including physical and paper markets.
Provide data-driven insights and reports to senior traders and management.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., operations, logistics, finance) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth trade execution.
Support in managing counterparty relationships and ensuring contract compliance.
Assist in risk assessment and mitigation related to commodity trading activities.
Maintain accurate trading records and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
