Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communication Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have completed their 12th grade and possess a strong understanding of visual communication principles. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that effectively communicates information and enhances brand perception for our railway projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a variety of communication materials, including presentations, infographics, internal newsletters, posters, and social media graphics, tailored for the railway industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, engineering, HR) to understand project requirements and translate complex information into clear, visually appealing designs.
- Ensure all designs adhere to company branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Assist in the creation of visual aids for training materials and internal communications.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices, particularly within the corporate and railway sectors.
- Prepare final artwork files for print and digital deployment, ensuring proper formatting and resolution.
