Communication Designer role in Animation & VFX (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a talented and creative Communication Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a Communication Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual narrative and brand identity of our projects within the Animation & VFX industry. You will be responsible for translating complex ideas into clear, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing visual communications. This role is ideal for an Any Graduate with a passion for design and a strong understanding of visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for internal and external communications, including marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and project pitches.
- Design visually compelling graphics, infographics, storyboards, and motion graphics that effectively communicate project goals and brand messages.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, marketing teams, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with strategic objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication materials, adhering to established brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the Animation & VFX industry.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to meet project needs.
