Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication Skills Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs to enhance the communication effectiveness of our employees across various levels and departments within Infosys. This role is crucial in ensuring our workforce can articulate ideas clearly, collaborate effectively, and represent the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training modules on various aspects of communication, including verbal, non-verbal, written, presentation skills, active listening, and interpersonal communication.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to employees at all levels.
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and post-training performance monitoring.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to participants to help them improve their communication skills.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in communication training and adult learning methodologies.
- Collaborate with HR, business units, and other stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals.
