Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Communication Trainer to join our Learning & Development team in India. The Communication Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs to enhance the communication skills of our employees across all levels. This role is crucial in ensuring our professionals can effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, upholding Deloitte's standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive training modules on various aspects of business communication, including written, verbal, and non-verbal communication.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to employees at all levels.
Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the organization.
Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to improve their communication proficiency.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in communication training and adult learning.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
Facilitate sessions on presentation skills, business writing, interpersonal communication, client interaction, and intercultural communication.
