Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Communication Trainer to join our growing team in Mangalore. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance evaluation.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to employees to help them improve their communication skills.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in communication training and adult learning principles.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training objectives with business goals.
