Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Community Health & Safety Officer. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the well-being and safety of our employees and stakeholders within our operational environment. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety initiatives that align with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Organize and deliver health and safety training programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incidents.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to address employee well-being concerns.
