Community Health & Safety - Other (B.Com Required) - Kochi

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Community Health & Safety Officer. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment within our Kochi operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of safety protocols and be adept at managing related documentation and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and monitoring of health and safety policies and procedures.

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of work areas and equipment.

Maintain accurate records of safety training, incident reports, and compliance documentation.

Support the investigation of accidents and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.

Facilitate health and safety training programs for employees.

Ensure compliance with all relevant local and national health and safety legislation.

Liaise with external regulatory bodies as required.

Assist in the preparation of health and safety reports.
