Community Health & Safety - Other for LLB Graduates (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Health & Safety professional with a legal background (LLB) to join our Thane office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, developing and implementing safety policies, and managing incident response within our BPO operations. This role requires a proactive approach to risk management and a strong understanding of legal frameworks pertaining to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures in line with Indian labor laws and international best practices.

Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Investigate all health and safety incidents, near misses, and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement preventive measures.

Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to health, safety, and environmental protection.

Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Liaise with external agencies, regulatory bodies, and emergency services as required.

Maintain accurate records of safety training, inspections, incidents, and compliance.

Advise management on legal implications of health and safety matters.
