Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and diligent individual to join our team as a Community Health & Safety Officer. This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being of our employees and the communities we operate within, particularly focusing on safety protocols and compliance within our Jaipur operations. You will work closely with operational teams to implement and monitor health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures relevant to the logistics and courier industry.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Organize and deliver health and safety training programs to employees.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and implementing preventative measures.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incidents.
- Collaborate with operational teams to promote a strong safety culture.
- Support the development and execution of community engagement initiatives related to health and safety.
