Role Summary:
HDFC Bank is seeking a dedicated Community Management professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and a proven track record in building and engaging online communities, particularly within the banking and financial services sector. You will be instrumental in fostering positive relationships with our customers and stakeholders across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage HDFC Bank's social media channels, forums, and other online communities, responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and curate engaging content relevant to banking and financial services, tailored for different community platforms.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates within the online community.
- Track, analyze, and report on community growth, engagement metrics, and sentiment.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and address community concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices in community management, and competitor activities.
- Escalate critical issues and customer feedback to relevant internal teams for resolution.
