Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team in Nasik. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of community engagement principles and a background in LLM, looking to apply their analytical and communication skills within the dynamic pulp and paper sector. You will be instrumental in building and nurturing our online and offline communities, fostering brand loyalty, and gathering valuable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a positive and interactive environment for our stakeholders.
Monitor and manage online community platforms (social media, forums, etc.), responding to inquiries and facilitating discussions.
Analyze community feedback and sentiment to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the marketing and product development teams.
Organize and coordinate community events, webinars, and offline meetups to enhance engagement and build relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content tailored for different community segments.
Track and report on key community metrics to measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
Leverage your LLM background to understand and interpret complex data, user feedback, and industry trends.
